Ophaal- & ontmoetingspunten

Waar ontmoet ik mijn chauffeur?

Je chauffeur wacht op je op het afgesproken ophaaladres.

Ophalen bij hotel

Bij een hotelophaalpunt zal je chauffeur je in de lobby of bij de hoofdingang van het hotel ontmoeten.

Ophalen op de luchthaven

Als een vluchtnummer is opgegeven, volgt je chauffeur je vlucht en wacht hij achter de aankomsthal. Voor een specifiek ontmoetingspunt kun je je voorkeur opgeven in het veld OPMERKINGEN VOOR DE CHAUFFEUR.

Speciale ontmoetingspunten

In zeldzame gevallen kan een speciaal ontmoetingspunt nodig zijn. Je ontvangt vooraf verdere instructies per e-mail.

Ik ben te laat voor mijn ophaal

Neem direct contact op met je chauffeur zodra je merkt dat je vertraagd bent, zodat hij zich kan aanpassen. Overschrijd je de gratis wachttijd, stem dan extra wachttijd rechtstreeks met de chauffeur af. Bij korte vertragingen die de gratis wachttijd overschrijden, kan ophalen niet worden gegarandeerd.
